About the Journal
SENSEI INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF EDUCATION AND LINGUISTICS (SIJEL) is an international, peer-reviewed journal that publishes original and high-quality scholarship in education, language, linguistics, literature, oral traditions, arts, and related interdisciplinary fields. SIJEL is published four times a year, in February, May, August, and November, and serves as an academic platform for researchers, educators, and practitioners worldwide.
Publication Frequency
SIJEL operates on a quarterly publication cycle and has done so since its establishment, releasing four issues per volume in February, May, August, and November. Every issue carries its own volume and issue number, continuous pagination, and individually registered DOIs, and the complete run is openly available in the journal archive for independent verification at any time.
Where the ISSN Portal record still reflects the frequency information supplied at the point of initial registration, a formal request for its correction has been lodged with the ISSN International Centre through the national ISSN centre, accompanied by documentary evidence of the journal's full publication history. The update is administrative in nature; the journal's editorial policy, its published archive, and its DOI records have consistently reflected the quarterly schedule described above.

Vol. 6 No. 3 (2026): Sensei International Journal of Education and Linguistics
We would like to express our sincere appreciation to the lecturers, teachers, and researchers who have contributed their valuable ideas and scholarly work to Volume 6, Number 3 (August 2026) of SENSEI: International Journal of Education and Linguistics.
This issue comprises 5 articles written by authors from 3 countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines. Three of the five articles are the result of international co-authorship, in which the overseas collaborators contributed to the refinement of the review methodology and to language editing.
The Indonesian contributions represent 6 higher education institutions, namely Universitas Audi Indonesia, Universitas Bina Bangsa Getsempena, Universitas Islam Negeri Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh, Universitas Muslim Nusantara Al Washliyah, Universitas Nusa Cendana, and Universitas Tanjungpura. The international contributions come from Universiti Putra Malaysia (Malaysia) and Saint Michael Academy (the Philippines).
All articles in this issue are peer-reviewed contributions to education and applied linguistics, published on pages 156-235; each manuscript passed a double-blind review by two reviewers, and every reference cited in the text is verifiable and listed in the bibliography. We greatly appreciate the authors' valuable academic contributions and their commitment to advancing knowledge and promoting the dissemination of research through this publication.
