SENSEI INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF EDUCATION AND LINGUISTICS (SIJEL) is an international, peer-reviewed scholarly journal committed to the dissemination of original, rigorous, and high-quality research in the fields of education, language, linguistics, literature, oral traditions, arts, and related interdisciplinary studies. The journal provides an inclusive academic platform for researchers, educators, scholars, and practitioners from diverse national and international contexts to communicate research findings, theoretical developments, innovative practices, and scholarly perspectives that contribute to the advancement of knowledge.

SIJEL promotes academic integrity, scholarly relevance, and the international exchange of ideas through a transparent peer-review and publication process. The journal welcomes contributions that demonstrate methodological soundness, theoretical significance, originality, and clear implications for research, policy, or professional practice.

Publication Frequency

SIJEL follows a quarterly publication schedule, publishing four issues each year in February, May, August, and November. This regular publication cycle is consistently reflected in the journal’s editorial management, published issues, and archival records.

Each published issue is formally identified by its corresponding volume and issue number, while individual articles are assigned Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) to ensure persistent identification, accessibility, citation traceability, and long-term scholarly visibility.

The journal’s complete publication history is openly accessible through its online archive, allowing authors, readers, reviewers, indexing services, and accreditation bodies to independently examine the continuity and consistency of SIJEL’s publication record.

Through the consistent implementation of its quarterly publication schedule, SIJEL is committed to maintaining editorial transparency, publication continuity, scholarly accessibility, and responsible journal governance in accordance with recognized standards of academic publishing.

We would like to express our sincere appreciation to the lecturers, teachers, and researchers who have contributed their valuable ideas and scholarly work to Volume 6, Number 3 (August 2026) of SENSEI: International Journal of Education and Linguistics.

This issue comprises 5 articles written by authors from 3 countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines. Three of the five articles are the result of international co-authorship, in which the overseas collaborators contributed to the refinement of the review methodology and to language editing.

The Indonesian contributions represent 6 higher education institutions, namely Universitas Audi Indonesia, Universitas Bina Bangsa Getsempena, Universitas Islam Negeri Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh, Universitas Muslim Nusantara Al Washliyah, Universitas Nusa Cendana, and Universitas Tanjungpura. The international contributions come from Universiti Putra Malaysia (Malaysia) and Saint Michael Academy (the Philippines).

All articles in this issue are peer-reviewed contributions to education and applied linguistics, published on pages 156-235; each manuscript passed a blind peer review by two independent reviewers, and every reference cited in the text is verifiable and listed in the bibliography. We greatly appreciate the authors' valuable academic contributions and their commitment to advancing knowledge and promoting the dissemination of research through this publication.
